2. Description of Services

Aspira Studios provides users with the ability to purchase licenses for beats available on the platform. These licenses allow unlimited commercial use but do not transfer ownership of the beats. Users can also access paid features, such as downloading WAV files of instrumentals.

3. User Accounts

• Users must create an account to track purchases.
• There are no age restrictions for account creation.
• Users cannot upload content to the platform.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed through Stripe.
• No refunds are provided after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• Purchasing a beat grants the user a license to use it commercially but does not transfer ownership.
• Users cannot claim copyright on any beat, as this would prevent others from using it.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Selling Aspira Studios beats as their own.
• Claiming copyright ownership over any beat purchased from the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Louisiana, USA. Disputes may be resolved through legal proceedings or arbitration.

8. Account Termination

• Users cannot delete their accounts but may unsubscribe from emails.
• Aspira Studios reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Aspira Studios may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
